Surface treatment is divided into mill finish (MF), electron discharge texture (EDT) and electron beam texture(EBT). The surface of the aluminum plate treated by EDT and EBT is isotropic, and has no directional influence on the subsequent formability; the formed surface texture can store lubricant, reduce the sensitivity to abrasion, and has no obvious influence on the friction behavior.
