The main elements of 6xxx car aluminum are silicon and magnesium. It has high strength,good corrosion resistance, weldability, and good oxidation effect. They are widely used for ABS (auto body sheet), bus bar conductor and structural parts such as car seat frame. The common alloys have 6101, 6016, 6014, 6111, 6056 and 6061.
