5xxx aluminum alloy is widely used in cars such as car door, roof panel, truck lid, hood panel, interior decoration. The involved aluminum grades have 5182, 5083, 5052, 5454 and 5754. 5xxx aluminum alloy all has good strength and excellent corrosion resistance.

Through alloy composition determination, melting and casting process optimization, homogenization heat treatment and rolling process test, its performance can fully meet the requirements of such applications like automobiles, ships, molds,etc.
