Battery explosion-proof valves generally use 1060 aluminum sheet. Aluminum alloys are easy to process and shape, reduce material waste, and are economical and practical, making them a commonly used raw material for explosion-proof valves.

The key point for selecting explosion-proof battery shell materials is their explosion-proof performance and environmental adaptability. Generally, the following factors should be considered when selecting explosion-proof shell materials:

1. Flame retardancy: Explosion-proof shell materials need to have good flame retardancy, which can prevent the spread of flames when encountering fire sources, and reduce the risk of explosion and fire.

2. Corrosion resistance: In harsh environments such as mines or oil fields, the shell needs to be able to resist the erosion of corrosive substances to maintain the integrity and reliable performance of the battery.

3. Strength and toughness: The shell material needs to have sufficient strength and toughness to withstand external forces such as impact and vibration, and protect the safety of the internal structure of the battery.
