Stamping technology has the advantages of high production efficiency, high material utilization rate, high precision of formed parts, and low cost in mass production. It has great advantages in mass production of components. Therefore, various heat treatment-stamping integration technologies springs up.

For the heat treatment-stamping integration technology, not only the influence of recovery and recrystallization on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the aluminum alloy should be considered, but also the change of the alloy state caused by the heat treatment. Therefore, the heat treatment-stamping integrated process should also pay attention to the matching with the baking aging, so as to optimize the performance of the components.
