1. Aluminum 5754 factory for car door

Aluminum 5754 grade material is widely used for car door, engine covers, or trunk panel. It is of strong corrosion resistance, lightweight, and high-strength, but its price is is much higher than that of traditional galvanized steel sheet, so this product is rarely used in middle and low-end cars.

2. 1050/3004/5052 for automobile heat insulation

3. 3003 Aluminum plate for oil cooler and gas storage tank

Almost 100% of the air-conditioning equipment (condenser, evaporator), oil cooler, radiator, heating equipment and other heat exchangers of the automobile are made of aluminum. The difficulty of aluminum radiators is durability and heat dissipation capacity. Durability is mainly due to corrosion and water leakage. Adding rust inhibitor to the cooling water can prevent internal corrosion.

4. 5052 5182 and 5754

5052 aluminum plate is for oil tank, 5182 aluminum is for structural parts and 5754 is for cylinder head gasket. The strength of 5xxx aluminum is higher than that of 1xxx and 3xxx aluminum alloys. It has the advantages of high strength, high formability, high corrosion resistance, high surface treatment and good welding performance, so it is widely used in automobile fuel tanks, structural parts and engine inner covers.
