6111 aluminum alloy is an automotive aluminum alloy that combines high strength, good formability and excellent corrosion resistance. It belongs to the 6xxx series of aluminum alloys and is a deformable alloy that can be extruded, rolled or forged into various shapes. 6111 aluminum alloy has excellent energy absorption properties, making it suitable for applications such as automotive collision structures, which can help absorb impact energy during collisions.

Aluminium 5083 belongs to AL-Mg alloy, which is a widely used rust-proof aluminum. This alloy has high strength, high plasticity and weldability, and is not easy to deform during processing. 5083 H111, 116 and aluminium 5083 h321 are its main tempers. 5083 aluminum alloy is widely used in the automotive manufacturing field due to its excellent properties, such as car body panels, gas tanks, car bottom guard plates, new energy vehicle battery side panels, etc.
